Day 5: Forming New Habits

Did you know, that it takes a minimum of 21 days to form a new habit? That's the reason why this challenge have a major MILESTONE celebration on Day 21.
Note "minimum". So for our Daily challenges - get used to this " minimum 2 weeks", "minimum 21 days".
It takes a "minimum of 21 days" to for mew habits. It takes a "minimum 2 weeks" to fill your bucket in a household with 3 to 4 members ,possibly even 3 weeks if you are just collecting veggie and fruit scraps.
Anyway, so we will keep at this for the next 16 - 71 days, and so I will try to keep you SANE (stimulated, amazed, Informed, Educated /Entertained) for the next 2 to 3 weeks .
So, there is nothing else for you to do anything different today, except
Re-read Day 2 and Day 3 - REPEAT until your bucket is Full to the BRIM
If your Bucket is already full - SKIP to Day 21
