You need to complete the 7-day Bokashi Salad Challenge, before you can proceed to this stage. After finishing the 21 Day Bokashi Buffet Challenge - you will have established a habit - and thus will earn the badge "Bokashified". Now we will start adding leftover cooked food to your collection of food scraps. While your first bucket of all raw veggie/fruit scraps is fermenting for 2 weeks, you will need a second bucket, additional 6liter bottle of Bokashi Ipa and 1.5 Liter of Molasses. Adding left over cooked food to your bokashi requires additional steps. After the fermentation period, you will bury the contents of your first bucket in soil. Join this challenge to get a 21-day program wherein we will complete Stage 2 and 3 of your raw veggie/fruit bokashi. You get daily prompts explaining every action item leading to your next milestone.
